This can lead you to accept your short-term goals and live life by the moment with no long-term goals.   Yet, many have a deep yearning for more in their life, but they don’t know how to go about seeking lasting change.

Michelle recognizes how difficult it is for people to sustain change but shows you the way that is possible with consistently sustained effort and most importantly accountability.
